Homemade vegan butter

Ingredients
- ½ cup of almond powder
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp. almond milk or other vegetable milk
- 2 tbsp. of malted yeast
- 1/8 tbsp. of turmeric powder (for color, optional)
- 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. of virgin olive oil
- 1 cup of melted coconut oil
- ½-1 tsp. of salt for a salty version
Preparation
- Preparation timing : 10 min.
- For 3 small bowls of butter
Recipe
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well
- Put the mixture in a blender and mix for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well homogeneous
- Put the butter in airtight glass containers
- Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until the butter hardens
- Use your butter to cook or just your bread ! Enjoy your meal !
