Recipe
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into small cubes and steam for about 20 minutes (the pumpkin is cooked when you can easily push the tip of a knife).
- Place the pumpkin pieces in a large saucepan, add the vegetable broth, the crushed garlic cloves, the coconut milk, the turmeric and the ginger. Mix everything until a smooth smooth soup.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for about ten minutes. Serve hot and enjoy !
