Vitamont, a French specialist in organic fruit and vegetable juices, embodies a constant quest for quality and authenticity. Preferred by organic networks, the company relies on a dedicated team of 48 employees. From ingredient selection to market placement, craftsmanship is preserved, and the pursuit of quality remains a priority. With a processing capacity of nearly 1,500 tons of organic products, Vitamont stands out with its sterile tank, capable of safely storing over 700,000 liters of juice per year. By respecting harvest dates dictated by nature, Vitamont ensures that every sip of its juices reveals an optimal taste, providing an authentic experience for lovers of organic flavors.
A 'Pure Fruit Juice' from Vitamont is obtained by simple pressing and pasteurization of ripe and healthy fruits. No sugar is added to these juices, ensuring natural purity.
Vitamont's 'Fruit Nectars' are made from fruit juice or fruit puree (containing a minimum of 25 to 50% fruit, depending on the varieties), to which water is added, and optionally sugar or a sweetener. They allow for the consumption of highly pulpy or acidic fruits in liquid form. Vitamont ensures compliance with regulations by not adding any colorants or preservatives to the juices and nectars.
Vitamont produces nectars for fruits that, when pressed, do not produce juice, such as apricot and mango.
Vitamont actively engages in reducing plastic usage by continually evolving its packaging, which has already saved nearly 6 tons of plastic per year. Additionally, the company uses photovoltaic panels to generate an average of 35,000 kilowatt-hours per year, equivalent to 580 days of electricity consumption for a 100m² house. Vitamont also supports the Surfrider and Tara Océan foundations in their efforts to raise awareness about ocean protection.
