Also known as floral water, hydrosol is the remaining water resulting from the steam distillation process of a plant's essential oil. Delicately scented, these fresh and coloured waters are real active skin care products for the face, body and health. Floral waters have purifying, clarifying, anti-inflammatory, astringent, antiseptic and regenerative properties, but they are more diluted and softer than essential oils.
