The two beneficial bacteria in yogurt starter are Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus. Both operate in symbiosis to transform milk into yogurt at a temperature of more or less 40°C. The double dose sachet allows you to make 8 yoghurts of 125mL.
