Buckwheat flour is a naturally gluten-free flour that can be easily adapted to your sweet and savory recipes. The term T130 means that it is a wholemeal flour, obtained from whole grains. The grains are stone ground in order to preserve all the qualities of the grain, and to offer an exceptional flour, which is both nutritious and respectful of the environment. The stone millstone reproduces the ancestral gesture of a traditional flour which results in a milling richer in vitamins and minerals, with the natural smell of wheat. This technique also preserves the vitamins in the germ of the grain and the protein base of the bran: the flour remains alive! This is the particularity of the stone flour process. Buckwheat flour is a source of fiber and has a low GI (40). We are also proud to offer a 100% French product.
