Ingredients

  • 200g chickpeas
  • 100g button mushrooms
  • 1 red onion
  • 80g coconut oil
  • 100ml plant-based cream
  • 150ml water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon agar-agar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Recipe

  1. Drain the chickpeas.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and cook them.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and sauté it in a pan with olive oil.
  4. In a blender, combine the chickpeas, mushrooms, and onion.
  5. Add the coconut oil, plant-based cream, and spices (cinnamon, salt, pepper, and turmeric).
  6. Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  7. In a saucepan, pour the water, add the agar-agar, and bring it to a boil for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the water and agar-agar mixture to the blender and mix again.
  9. Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate.
  10. Enjoy!
