Ingredients

  • 2 fresh or frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp Kazidomi coconut cream
  • 2 scoops (or heaping tablespoons) of Purasana cocoa hemp protein
  • 2 bars of 85% dark chocolate Kazidomi + 2–3 more squares for coating
  • 200 ml coconut plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp Purasana pollen
  • Toppings: sesame seeds, raw cacao nibs

Recipe

  1. Break the dark chocolate into smaller pieces to make blending easier. Add all the ingredients (except the pollen and toppings) into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and insert the sticks.

  2. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

  3. Melt the extra chocolate for the coating in a double boiler or over very low heat in a saucepan. Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil if needed for a smoother consistency.

  4. Remove the popsicles from the freezer, take them out of the molds, and drizzle with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and raw cacao nibs.

  5. Enjoy immediately or store the popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer.
