Ingredients
- 2 fresh or frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp Kazidomi coconut cream
- 2 scoops (or heaping tablespoons) of Purasana cocoa hemp protein
- 2 bars of 85% dark chocolate Kazidomi + 2–3 more squares for coating
- 200 ml coconut plant-based milk
- 1 tsp Purasana pollen
- Toppings: sesame seeds, raw cacao nibs
Recipe
-
Break the dark chocolate into smaller pieces to make blending easier. Add all the ingredients (except the pollen and toppings) into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and insert the sticks.
-
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
-
Melt the extra chocolate for the coating in a double boiler or over very low heat in a saucepan. Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil if needed for a smoother consistency.
-
Remove the popsicles from the freezer, take them out of the molds, and drizzle with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and raw cacao nibs.
-
Enjoy immediately or store the popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer.
