In a bowl, add the granola, plant-based protein, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, apple sauce, and honey. Mix everything together to form a compact, homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into the bottom of the Fabulous Pan and press it down firmly to create a compact block.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes in the fridge.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, then pour it over the preparation.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Then, unmold the preparation and cut it into small protein bars.
Store in the fridge for about 4-5 days.
