  1. Blend the oats in a food processor until you get a fine, breadcrumb-like texture.
  2. Add the dates and fleur de sel, then blend again until a thick, slightly crumbly dough forms.
  3. Line a small rectangular pan with parchment paper, then spread the oat mixture evenly. Press it down firmly to form a compact, smooth base, making sure to reach the corners.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil, stirring gently to avoid overheating.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the oat base, spreading it evenly.
  6. Using a spoon, drizzle small amounts of peanut butter over the chocolate. Then, use a knife or toothpick to create swirls by gently mixing the chocolate and peanut butter.
  7. Sprinkle with fleur de sel for a final gourmet touch.
  8. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the squares to set.
  9. Once firm, cut into 16 squares and store them in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
