Ingredients
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 generous tablespoon of maca powder
Recipe
- Rinse the chickpeas well under cold water, then dry them thoroughly with a clean towel or paper towels. This will make them crispier when baked.
- Place the chickpeas in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, fleur de sel, paprika, and maca powder. Mix well to coat all the chickpeas with the seasoning.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring the chickpeas halfway through to ensure even cooking. The chickpeas should be golden and crispy.
