Homemade cinnamon rolls

Ready cinnamon rolls in just 5 minutes for a quick and delicious break!
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 6 tbsp of wheat flour (or other flour)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of almond milk (or other plant-based milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of coconut yogurt (or other plant-based yogurt)
- 1 tsp of spiced nut butter (or other nut butter)
Recipe
- Mix the flour, baking powder, banana, and plant-based milk together until a thick, slightly sticky dough forms. Adjust the amount of flour or milk if necessary.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface without making it too thin.
- Cover with melted coconut oil, and sprinkle the coconut sugar and cinnamon on top, pressing the mixture so it sticks well to the dough.
- Roll up the dough and cut into several pieces (about 3).
- Place the cinnamon roll pieces in a mug and microwave for 90 seconds.
- Mix the yogurt and spiced nut butter, and add the mixture on top of the rolls once they are out of the microwave.
