1 tbsp of almond milk (or other plant-based milk of choice)
1 tbsp of coconut sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
Coconut oil
1 tbsp of coconut yogurt (or other plant-based yogurt)
1 tsp of spiced nut butter (or other nut butter)
Recipe
Mix the flour, baking powder, banana, and plant-based milk together until a thick, slightly sticky dough forms. Adjust the amount of flour or milk if necessary.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface without making it too thin.
Cover with melted coconut oil, and sprinkle the coconut sugar and cinnamon on top, pressing the mixture so it sticks well to the dough.
Roll up the dough and cut into several pieces (about 3).
Place the cinnamon roll pieces in a mug and microwave for 90 seconds.
Mix the yogurt and spiced nut butter, and add the mixture on top of the rolls once they are out of the microwave.
