Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of coriander
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 1/2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 leek
- 2 spring onions
- 100g of buckwheat
- 200ml of broth + 100ml of broth
Recipe
- Cook the buckwheat in a saucepan with 200ml of broth.
- Meanwhile, sauté the onions and garlic in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the coriander, ginger, and cumin to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Slice the carrots.
- Add them to the skillet. Let cook for 5 minutes.
- Slice the leek and spring onions.
- Add them to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in the remaining 100ml of broth. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked buckwheat to the skillet.
- Serve everything in a bowl.
