Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 1/2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 leek
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100g of buckwheat
  • 200ml of broth + 100ml of broth

Recipe

  1. Cook the buckwheat in a saucepan with 200ml of broth.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté the onions and garlic in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Add the coriander, ginger, and cumin to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Slice the carrots.
  5. Add them to the skillet. Let cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the leek and spring onions.
  7. Add them to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Pour in the remaining 100ml of broth. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes.
  9. Add the cooked buckwheat to the skillet.
  10. Serve everything in a bowl.
  11. Enjoy your meal!
