Avocado and chocolate mousse, ginger

Ingredients
- 90g of dark chocolate 75%
- 2 average mature avocados
- 2 tbsp acacia honey or agave syrup
- 1 tsp of ginger juice
- 1 tsp crushed pepper
Preparation
- Preparation time: 5min
- 4 persons
Recipe
- Place the pieces of chocolate in the blender and pour over ½ cup of boiling water. Melt for a few minutes.
- Add the other ingredients and blender everything.
- Cool an hour in the fridge.
- Distribute in verrines.
