Ingredients

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 45g of rolled oats
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 25g (1 serving) of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter (here, peanut butter)
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut plant-based milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (or 2 broken squares of dark chocolate)

Recipe

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Shape the dough into a cookie on parchment paper.
  3. Add the chocolate chips on top.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
