In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in Mardeuil, Maison Émile Leclère has continued a winemaking tradition since 1832, spanning five generations. Vincent and Marie, the heirs of this family estate, work harmoniously on 12 hectares of vineyards, spread within a radius of 10 to 60 kilometers around the property. Their blend consists mainly of 70% Pinot Meunier, 6% Pinot Noir, and 24% Chardonnay. From harvesting to bottling, each step in creating these authentic champagnes is carried out in their own cellars, guaranteeing consistent quality for their varied cuvées. The cellars, carved in chalk and preserved at 11°C away from light, provide an ideal environment for aging precious nectars, requiring patience of 2 to 5 years before sharing these moments of joy.
