Cook one part of "Pilpil"® whole wheat bulgur in 2 parts of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Cover and let swell off the heat. The bulgur of durum wheat is tasted like rice. It will be delicious hot with vegetables, meat, fish or cold in salads.Store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, place in the refrigerator and consume within 30 days.
