Risotto Rice 500g Markal Organic

Allow approximately 60g rice per person. In a saucepan, soften some onion in olive oil, add the rice then brown for 1 minute. Gradually cover with stock or water as required. Cook for 17 minutes. Add more stock as necessary while continuing to stir. Serve as desired.
