Instructions

In frying pan: Oil the frying pan and place on a medium heat (100°C). When the oil is hot, add the product and fry for half a minute on each side. In oven: Preheat oven to 120ºC (top-bottom heat + fan). Lightly oil the surface of the product and place it in the middle of the oven tray. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Keep at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated (0°C-6°C) and consume in 48 hours.
