Very popular in Thailand, they are used in refreshing drinks, adding a much-appreciated gelatinous texture. In Mauritius, they are called Toucmaria and are used to make a traditional beverage, Alooda. Our supply chain: Ecoidées sources directly from India through a partner who brings together independent farmers.
