Jambe-de-Bois is a generously hopped Triple. It's a heady blonde beer that is well-balanced, and its alcohol strength is never aggressive, making it dangerously easy to drink. Fermentation aromas dominate, reminiscent of ripe pear and banana. Hops then develop with floral and spicy notes (white pepper, nutmeg). Its alcohol content gives it a certain roundness, but the absence of residual sugars makes its finish dry and slightly bitter.
