Use
Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of organic spirulina powder to 250 - 300 ml of smoothies, shakes, milk (vegetable), fruit juices or you can add these to your yoghurts, breakfast cereals or desserts. The taste lies between ordinary vegetables and edible seaweed, but is softer than that of chlorella. This superfood can easily be combined with vegetables. You can use 2.5 g to 5 g per day. You can also combine several superfoods. Be inventive and don't hesitate to experiment by adding superfoods to your dishes and recipes.
