Carrot rillettes & fresh vegan cheese
Carrots, fresh vegan cheese, herbs and seasoning, that's all you need for a healthy and tasty starter
Ingredients
- 320g of carrots
- 50g of fresh vegan cheese (here, "Frais nature" from Les Nouveaux Affinés)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 shallot
- Chives
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 25 minutes
Recipe
- Peel, wash and slice the carrots.
- Peel and finely chop the shallot.
- Wash and chop the chives.
- Cook the carrots.
- Mash the carrots with a fork and add the mustard, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Add the shallot and chives.
- Mix well.
- Leave to rest in the fridge until ready to eat.
- Enjoy your meal!
