Ingredients
- 50 g flaxseeds
- 25 g chia seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp psyllium
- 3 tbsp oregano
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
- 80 g chestnut flour
- 120 ml hot water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Recipe
- Mix all the seeds in a bowl and let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the psyllium and the spices of your choice.
- Finish mixing by adding the chestnut flour, olive oil, and hot water.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper using a rolling pin or a bottle until you reach a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
- Transfer the baking sheets onto a wire rack and bake the crackers for 30 minutes at 180°C (fan-assisted mode).
- Once they are dry and crispy, let them cool and break them into pieces.
