Ingredients

  • 50 g flaxseeds
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp psyllium
  • 3 tbsp oregano
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel
  • 80 g chestnut flour
  • 120 ml hot water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Recipe

  1. Mix all the seeds in a bowl and let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Add the psyllium and the spices of your choice.
  3. Finish mixing by adding the chestnut flour, olive oil, and hot water.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper using a rolling pin or a bottle until you reach a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
  5. Transfer the baking sheets onto a wire rack and bake the crackers for 30 minutes at 180°C (fan-assisted mode).
  6. Once they are dry and crispy, let them cool and break them into pieces.
  7. Now, enjoy with your favorite tapenade!
