Chestnuts tagliatelle with mushrooms and nuts

Ingredients
- 150g of chestnuts tagliatelle
- 40g of chopped nuts
- 250g of mushrooms (cèpes)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 shallots finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 5 sprigs of thyme
- 5 to 8 tablespoons of soy cooking cream
- 30g of gorgonzola cheese
- Pecorino to decorate the plate

Recipe
- Cook the tagliatelle with boiling water for the time indicated on the pack
- While the pasta are boiling, fry the shallots in olive oil
- Add the garlic, the thyme and the mushrooms and continue to cook a few minutes
- Add the soy cooking cream and the gorgonzola cheese
- Sprinkle with some pecorino and a few nuts above each plate
