Chestnuts tagliatelle with mushrooms and nuts

Ingredients

  • 150g of chestnuts tagliatelle
  • 40g of chopped nuts
  • 250g of mushrooms (cèpes)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 shallots finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 5 sprigs of thyme
  • 5 to 8 tablespoons of soy cooking cream
  • 30g of gorgonzola cheese
  • Pecorino to decorate the plate

Recipe

  1. Cook the tagliatelle with boiling water for the time indicated on the pack
  2. While the pasta are boiling, fry the shallots in olive oil
  3. Add the garlic, the thyme and the mushrooms and continue to cook a few minutes
  4. Add the soy cooking cream and the gorgonzola cheese
  5. Sprinkle with some pecorino and a few nuts above each plate
  6. Enjoy!
