  • 1 to 2 tsp of spirulina powder

  • 1 large handful of spinach leaves

  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped

Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
