Ingredients

For the tart crust:

  • 65 g chopped almonds
  • 130 g rolled oats
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp water

For the chocolate mousse:

  • 400 g silken tofu
  • 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 8 dates (sliced)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

Toppings:

  • 100 g raspberries
  • A handful of chopped almonds
  • Coconut chips
  • Hibiscus flowers

Recipe

  1. Blend all the crust ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Press the dough into a tart pan, shaping it with your fingers.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Blend all the mousse ingredients in a food processor, then spread the mixture into the tart crust.
  5. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  6. Decorate as desired!
  7. Enjoy!
