Ingredients
- 125 g fresh raspberries
- 90 g vegan white chocolate
- 110 g dark pastry chocolate
Equipment
- Wooden sticks
- Bowls for the double boiler
- Parchment paper
- Tray or plate suitable for the freezer
Recipe
Start by melting the white chocolate, either in a double boiler or in the microwave, heating for 30 seconds at a time to avoid burning it.
Skewer the raspberries one by one with a wooden stick and dip them in the melted white chocolate. Gently drain and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Put the tray in the freezer for 10 minutes so that the chocolate solidifies around the raspberries.
In the meantime, melt the milk chocolate or dark chocolate, again in the double boiler or microwave.
Take the raspberries out of the freezer and dip them in the milk chocolate this time, making sure they are well coated.
Place them back on the tray and return them to the freezer for another 10 minutes. The chocolate will harden, creating a crispy shell around the fruit.
Once well set, you can enjoy these bites immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later.
