A twist on the traditional toasts often served during the holidays, a pure delight.
Ingredients
Ingredients for 6 persons
- 1 large sweet potato
- Lacto-fermented tofu "feto"
- 90g of fig chutney
- A handful of chopped nuts
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Clean the sweet potato and cut it into slices.
- Bake the sweet potato slices with a drizzle of olive oil for 20 minutes. Flip them halfway through.
- Cut thin slices of tofu to place on top of the toasts.
- Once out of the oven, let them cool slightly, then add the tofu, chutney, and a few sprigs of rosemary.
- Serve.
