Use 1-5 min on clean skin with a previously applied oil or serum. 1. Start on the forehead, massaging from the center outward, then from the bottom up, then from the bottom up. Move to the frown line area, working in a grid pattern. 2. Massage in a grid pattern on the crow's feet wrinkles. 3. Then massage starting from the nose, under your cheekbone then moving up towards the ears and then from the oval of the face to under the cheekbone. 4. Massage the nasolabial folds from the bottom to the top in a grid pattern. 5. Move to the chin, massage from the center outward to the ears. 6. To work on the double chin, start at the neck and work your way up to below the chin. 7. Finish draining down to the neck, smoothing from the top to the bottom of the neck to the décolleté. (Repeat 5 to 10 times.)
