From birth to 18 years (daily supplementation until age 3): > At least 400 IU (or 2 drops) per day for healthy children > 800 to 1000 IU (i.e. 4 to 5 drops) per day for children with greater needs, as recommended by your healthcare professional. > In case of association with a treatment containing vitamin D or with vitamin D-supplemented milk, ask your health professional for advice. Suitable for infants and young children. Also suitable for adults. Shake before use. Can be swallowed pure (directly on the tongue or in a teaspoon) or mixed with a semi-liquid food, preferably cold (yoghurt, compote, etc.). It can be taken in the morning, at noon or in the evening. Recommended daily dose : 1 to 2 drops per day in a single dose, or follow the recommendations of a healthcare professional.
