Lazzaretti's Garlic and Basil Ribbons are a gourmet pasta with the taste of fresh basil. Lazzaretti uses an ancestral technique to obtain an excellent pasta. The durum wheat semolina is mixed with water before adding eggs , chopped basil, garlic and herbs. The dough is then rolled in the old-fashioned way, kneaded cold and cut with a knife.
