Lazzaretti's Petit Epeautre Ribbons are made in Avignon in the Lazzaretti workshops. The Ribbons with fresh eggs and Petit Epeautre are shaped like thin ribbons, presented in small nests, dried at low temperature, made with semi wholemeal Petit Epeautre flour and fresh eggs. Rich in beta-carotene, the brownish-orange spelt brings softness and a beautiful texture to our ribbons!
