It all began in 1978 when the family bakery in Le Puiset-Doré started making organic bread for the local markets. Since then, the bakery has become 100% organic and perpetuates its original know-how. The bakery is historically located in the village of Puiset-Doré in Maine-et-Loire (49) since 1902. Every "L'Angélus" bread includes 100% organic quality ingredients and French flour (wheat, rye, spelt, small spelt). L'Angélus has always favored local producers and partners. With nearly 100 employees, including 40 bakers, the bakery offers a range of products: baked bread, pre-cooked bread "Mes Pains à Dorer", long-life bread, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, and brioches.
