The 72% dark chocolate is perfect for anyone who wants to make the transition from milk chocolate to a smooth dark chocolate. The good taste of cocoa is pronounced, but the chocolate is not bitter. It's the perfect balance! To offer you this chocolate, we tried to find a chocolate factory with a chocolate cascade, which "mixes the chocolate, churns it up and makes it light and frothy", but we found better than that: a Belgian partner who has at heart to offer quality products, with ingredients carefully chosen so as to respect the planet and each man involved in the manufacturing process.
