Unknown to the general public, kamut was cultivated in Mesopotamia, from Egypt to the Persian Gulf! This product is surprising, whether it is by its taste or its resources! Finally, a slow drying process at low temperature for at least 20 hours constitutes the last key stage of production. The final result is a product rich in flavor that, thanks to a careful manufacturing process at low temperature, preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the ingredients.
