Oats Pasta Organic 250g Kazidomi Organic

Oats are mainly known for their oatmeal or their famous porridge. Our pasta is produced in a family and artisanal workshop in the Piedmont, which works with fresh raw materials, organic, certified 100% gluten-free and vegan. The cutting and molding of the pasta (in bronze) is done in the purest Italian tradition, following a slow drying process at low temperature for at least 20 hours. The final result is a product rich in taste that, thanks to a careful manufacturing process, preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the ingredients. Our pasta has a more fragile texture, different from "classic" pasta because it is gluten-free.
