Our tomatoes come from a land of about a hundred hectares in northern Italy, certified organic and demeter. Production takes place only once a year, from the end of July to the beginning of September. It was essential for us to respect the natural cycle of the tomato and to offer you a 100% natural and not artificial product. From harvest to bottling takes no more than 12 hours, the objective being to preserve as much as possible of the nutritional properties and flavour of the product.
