Pécan Tonka blends raw cocoa beans from the Kokoa Kamili plantation in Tanzania with cashew, pecan and tonka bean puree... a regressive, creamy whole that envelops the senses and nourishes every cell in your body. This plant-based milk bar is lactose-free, and it's the oilseeds that give the bar all its sweetness. The tonka bean adds subtle vanilla notes to the chocolate. Carrés Sauvages uses mainly whole sugars with a low glycaemic index. For this recipe, we use Java coconut blossom whole sugar.
