O'lemon is made of ripe Oueslati olives. Hand-picked from wild olive trees in the fertile mountainous regions of northeastern Tunisia, then carefully sorted, they are pressed a few hours later with fresh untreated Beldi lemons. This gives this sweet and velvety speciality that is a delight for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine.
