Virgin Peanut Oil Bio Planète Organic

For this virgin groundnut oil, Bio Planète rely on a particularly rigorous selection process and their agricultural partners only provide them with healthy, peeled and top-quality groundnuts. In addition, through the BIO PLANETE Fair Trade project, they are able to ensure that Chinese smallholders receive valuable support for optimizing their crops, that they enjoy fair working conditions and that they receive fair remuneration. Peanut oil is one of the few virgin oils that can also be used for cooking or frying food. It is a healthy alternative to the solid fats traditionally used for cooking because it has a significantly higher oleic acid content. Peanut oil is therefore ideal for the preparation of wok dishes in particular: its generous and exotic peanut fragrance goes perfectly with meat, fish and root vegetables. Our peanut oil also gives a special flavour to fried potatoes.
