Instructions

PREPARATION: 60 cl of water + 2 tablespoons of olive oil: Add 60 cl of cold water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the small saucepan with the lentils and spe cherries. Start the cooking time when the mixture reaches boiling point. 35 min on low heat: Simmer the lentils with the spices for 35 minutes on low heat at the boiling point. Stir frequently to ensure the lentils do not crumble. If necessary, when there is no more water in the pot, you can add a little water. Let rest for 5 min: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving, without covering the pot. Little tip: Serve with a few sprigs of fresh coriander.
